ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ในผู้ที่เป็นโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ (Descriptive Correlational Research) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ โดยประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลอง PRECEDE MODEL ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วยปัจจัยนำปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี และโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ จำนวน 101 คน คัดเลือก แบบหลายขั้นตอน ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม – พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567
ใช้แบบสอบถาม 7 ชุด ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา (CVI) ระหว่าง 0.80–0.98 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงกับผู้ป่วยที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกันจำนวน 30 คน ที่คลินิกโรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคระหว่าง 0.72–1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ( = 42.58, SD = 4.82) โดยมีความ สัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติ (r = 0.405, p < .01) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง (r = 0.335, p < .01) และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการ สุขภาพ (r = 0.242, p < .05)
ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าปัจจัยดังกล่าวมีความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันไข้หวัดใหญ่ในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ
