ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในการส่งเสริมการบริโภคอาหาร เพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในชุมชน

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในการส่งเสริมการบริโภคอาหารเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในชุมชน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 352 คน จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณที่ทราบประชากรแน่นอนของ Daniel and Cross เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดแบบตอบสนองคู่ ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ความตรงของเนื้อหา มีคะแนนรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามแต่ละข้อ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.98-0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าดัชนีความสำคัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น Modifiied Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะ อสม. ในการส่งเสริมการบริโภคอาหารเพื่อป้องกันโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในชุมชน อันดับที่ 1 คือ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ อันดับที่ 2 คือ สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ อันดับที่ 3 คือ สมรรถนะ ด้านแรงจูงใจ อันดับที่ 4 คือ สมรรถนะด้านอัตมโนทัศน์และอันดับที่ 5 คือ สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของบุคคล ค่าดัชนี PNImodified เท่ากับ 0.18, 0.17, 0.12, 0.11 และ 0.10 ตามลำดับ
