การเตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรก่อนวัยสูงอายุ เพื่อเข้าสังคมสูงอายุ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรก่อนวัยสูงอายุ (อายุ 45-59 ปี) ในจังหวัดขอนแก่นสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 422 คน เลือกแบบสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (74.64%) อายุเฉลี่ย 52.9 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 11,132.42 บาท/เดือน ส่วนใหญ่มีบ้านเป็นของตนเอง (70.62%) ไม่มีโรค ประจำตัว (81.75%) และใช้สิทธิบัตรทอง (82.23%) การเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีสูง (97.63%) และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมชุมชน (78.44%) การเตรียมความพร้อมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.93, S.D.=0.74) ครอบคลุมสุขภาพ สังคม เศรษฐกิจ ที่อยู่อาศัย และเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยสำคัญที่สัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อม ได้แก่ รายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ สถานภาพที่อยู่อาศัย สิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล ทัศนคติ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
