ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแล

การศึกษาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแล และศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของความรู้ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้อุปสรรค และการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย ในเขตตำบลนางาม อำเภอเรณูนคร จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ดูแลมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 91.66, SD = 24.39) ตัวแปรที่มีอำนาจในการทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแลมากที่สุด คือ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน (Beta = .649) โดยการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแลได้ร้อยละ 65.40 (R2 = .654, p < .05) จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยรับรู้ถึงผลที่ดีที่จะเกิดขึ้นและ ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ดูแลมีการรับรู้ว่าตนเองมีความสามารถและศักยภาพในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย เพื่อส่งผลให้เด็กปฐมวัยมีการเจริญเติบโต และพัฒนาการที่เหมาะสมตามวัย
