อิทธิพลของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ต่อความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วย ที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม และ 2) อิทธิพลของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับ การฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม จำนวน 150 คน เทียม คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 3) แบบสอบถาม การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และ 4) แบบสอบความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองด้านสุขภาพ ได้ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .98 และค่าความเที่ยงภายในสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาช แอลฟ่า เท่ากับ .94, .87, และ .94 ตามลeดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนมีอิทธิพลและสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถในการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมได้ร้อยละ 64.8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสิถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งนี้ พยาบาลควรให้ความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมเกิดทักษะและความสามารถในการจัดการตนเอง
