การดูแลผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินนอกโรงพยาบาลในชุมชนเมือง: การสะท้อนประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลกู้ชีพผู้หญิง

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลกู้ชีพผู้หญิงในการดูแลผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินนอกโรงพยาบาลในชุมชนเมือง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยา และประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการศึกษา เหตุการณ์สำคัญในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพผู้หญิงที่มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นพยาบาลกู้ชีพที่ปฏิบัติ งานในการดูแลผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินนอกโรงพยาบาลไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี จำนวน 12 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต และการจดบันทึกภาคสนาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ผลการศึกษาพบประสบการณ์สำคัญ 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ความนุ่มนวลของผู้หญิงที่สร้างความไว้วางใจกับผู้รับบริการ 2) การจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินภายใต้ความหลากหลายทาง วัฒนธรรม 3) การจัดการ case ทางสุขภาพจิตโดยพยาบาลกู้ชีพผู้หญิง และ 4) ความเข้าใจอาการเจ็บป่วยฉุกเฉินที่มีความเฉพาะ ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยหญิง ผลการวิจัยนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงบทบาทสำคัญของพยาบาลกู้ชีพผู้หญิงในระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน ทั้งในด้านการสร้างความไว้วางใจ การดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างละเอียดอ่อนต่อวัฒนธรรมการจัดการและความเข้าใจอาการเฉพาะของผู้ป่วยหญิง การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของพยาบาลกู้ชีพผู้หญิง การพัฒนาแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยหญิง และการเพิ่มการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแล ผู้ป่วยต่างวัฒนธรรม จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
