การศึกษาตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยกระดูกเชิงกรานและเบ้าสะโพกหัก

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา แบบเดลฟายเทคนิค มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยกระดูกเชิงกรานและเบ้าสะโพกหัก ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยกระดูกเชิงกราน และเบ้าสะโพกหัก คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 20 คน ได้แก่ กลุ่มพยาบาลเฉพาะทางออร์โธปิดิกส์ 7 คน กลุ่มอาจารย์ และนักวิชาการ 5 คน กลุ่มบริหารการพยาบาล 5 คน และกลุ่มแพทย์ 3 คน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย คือ 1) สัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับตัวชี้วัดผลลัพธ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยกระดูกเชิงกรานและเบ้าสะโพกหัก 2) นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถามในแต่ละข้อ 3) นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน 7 ด้าน ตัวชี้วัด 47 ข้อ ได้แก่ ด้านความปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนขณะใส่โลหะยึดตรึงกระดูกภายนอกและการดึงถ่วงน้ำหนัก 7 ข้อ ด้านความปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เกิดจากพยาธิสภาพการบาดเจ็บและการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายได้น้อย 11 ข้อ ด้านการตอบสนองด้านจิตใจ จิตสังคม และจิตวิญญาณ 3 ข้อ ด้านความปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัด 12 ข้อ ด้านความสามารถในการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย 3 ข้อ ด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยและ/หรือญาติในการเข้ารับบริการ 5 ข้อ ด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติตัวเมื่อจำหน่าย 6 ข้อ ผลการศึกษา สามารถนำไปประเมินผลลัพธ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยกระดูกเชิงกรานและเบ้าสะโพกหัก
