ผลของโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะของผู้ดูแลต่อความรู้และความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกดทับ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริม สมรรถนะของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกดทับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกดทับ จำนวน 27 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ได้รับโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการ สร้างเสริมสมรรถนะ 2) แบบประเมินความรู้ของผู้ดูแล 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถของผู้ดูแล และ 4) แบบประเมินแผลกดทับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ และค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกด ทับหลังได้รับโปรแกรมมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <.001) การเกิดแผลกดทับของผู้ป่วยกลุ่ม เสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกดทับหลังได้รับโปรแกรมน้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value >.05) จากผล การวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะของผู้ดูแล สามารถเพิ่มความรู้และความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแล ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการเกิดแผลกดทับได้
