ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยสำหรับผู้ดูแลหลัก ตำบลจอมทอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยสำหรับผู้ดูแลหลักตำบล จอมทอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง บิดามารดา หรือผู้ดูแลหลัก กลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีอิริคสัน และเพียเจต์ ดำเนินการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และให้ความรู้ในกลุ่มทดลองและกิจกรรมให้สุขศึกษาในกลุ่มควบคุม เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบวัดความรู้และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ เครื่องมือ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน (ด้านการพยาบาลเด็ก พัฒนาการเด็ก การวิจัยและประเมินผล) ได้ค่าดรรชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.68-1.00 ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาแบบวัดความรู้ (KR20) เท่ากับ .84 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ .90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและทดสอบค่าทีแบบเป็นอิสระต่อกัน (t-test independent) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแลหลัก มีความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.05)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแลหลักทำให้ผู้ดูแลหลักมีความรู้และพฤติกรรม การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยดีขึ้น แต่การประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมต้องปรับให้เข้ากับบริบทของพื้นที่ด้วย
