MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) เครื่องตรวจสนามแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า เป็นเครื่องมือทางการแพย์ที่ที่ที่ปัจจุบันนำมาใช้ ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยอย่างแพร่หลาย เนื่องจากภาพที่ได้มีความละเอียดสูง แต่ด้วยลักษณะของเครื่องที่แคบคล้ายศุโมงค์ ทำให้ผู้ป่วย บางรายไม่สามารถดำเนินการตรวจได้ จำเป็นต้องได้รับการระงับความรู้สึกระหว่างตรวจ พยาบาลประจำห้องMRIRI มีบทบาทสำคัญ ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ เนื่องจากเป็นผู้ให้การพยาบาลครอบคลุมทุกระยะการตรวจ และจำหน่าหน่ายผู้ป่วยกลับหลผู้ป่วย การพยาบาล ก่อนตรวจนั้นมุ่งเน้นการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ป่วยเพื่อเข้ารับการตรวจทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ในระยะระหว่างตรวจการเฝ้า ระวังอาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้ป่วย ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่ไม่พึงประสงค์เป็นสิ่งสำคัญเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลออดภัยตลลอดการตรวจ ภาพที่ได้มี คุณภาพ แพทย์สามารถแปลผลและวางแผนการรักษาได้อย่างแม่นยำ การพยาบาลหลังตรวจมุ่งเน้นไปที่การฟื้นตัวอย่างสมบูรณ์ และการเตรียมผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวให้พร้อมสำหรับการจำหน่าย บทความนี้นำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่รับการตรวจ เครื่องสนามแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าภายใต้การระงับความรู้สึก โดยครอบคลุมการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลอย่างเป็นมาตรฐานเพื่อให้เกิด ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุดต่อผู้ป่วย
