ผลของโปรแกรมอบรมความรู้ในการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้น ของพยาบาลจบใหม่ในแผนกวิกฤต

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียว วัดผลก่อนและหลังทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมจัดการอบรมความ รู้และการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเบื้องต้นของพยาบาลจบใหม่ในแผนกวิกฤต 29 ราย โดยแบบสอบถามพื้นฐานของคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ ความรู้ในการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ และความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับการอบรม ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .86 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการศึกษา พบว่าพยาบาลจบใหม่แผนกวิกฤตภายหลังเข้ารับการอบรมโปรแกรมอบรมความรู้ในการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ มีคะแนนความรู้พื้นฐานคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ การแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ คะแนนรวมคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ และความพึงพอใจต่อการ อบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ (p <. 05) การฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้คลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น เพื่อใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยทั้งในขณะปกติและในภาวะวิกฤต
