พัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์การคลอดที่พึงประสงค์ ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่สัมผัสควันบุหรี่มือสอง

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์พัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์การคลอดที่พึงประสงค์ ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่สัมผัสควันบุหรี่มือสอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาชมรมเครือข่ายภาคกลาง สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 40 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินความรู้การพยาบาล เพื่อส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์การคลอดที่พึงประสงค์ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่สัมผัสควันบุหรี่มือสอง ที่ผ่านผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน (IOC) .06 – 1.00 ความเที่ยงตรงแบบสอบถาม (KR-20) .794 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าภายหลังกิจกรรม ส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ร้อยละ 72.5 มีคะแนนความรู้สร้างเสริมสุขภาพระยะตั้งครรภ์ อยู่ในระดับสูง โดยค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพระยะตั้งครรภ์หลังกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ .05 (t = 17.323, df = 39, p <.001) พบรูปแบบการพยาบาลสร้างเสริมสุขภาพระยะตั้งครรภ์ ดังนี้ 1) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และอุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ 2) ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมดูแลสุขภาพ 3) ฝึกปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ 4) ให้ความรู้ ผ่านแอพลิเคชัน 5) ให้คำปรึกษาออนไลน์เฉพาะราย และ 6) ติดตามภาวะสุขภาพต่อเนื่อง ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษานี้ ควรพัฒนา ระบบแอพลิเคชันสำหรับช่วยสตรีตั้งครรภ์ให้สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงควันบุหรี่มือสองและมีการพัฒนาระบบการส่งต่อที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อป้องกันผลลัพธ์การคลอดที่ไม่พึงประสงค์
