บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐานของพยาบาลเด็กในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลปฏิบัติงานหอผู้ป่วยกุมารเวชกรรมให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กอายุ 1 เดือน ถึง 15 ปี โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ จำนวน 116 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน การรับรู้ต่ออุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารการปฏิบัติการป้องกัน การแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน ความรู้การปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน และการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการ แพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐานของพยาบาลเด็ก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลเด็กมีการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐานอยู่ในระดับสูง (equation = 35.76, S.D. = 2.15) และการรับรู้ต่ออุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน สามารถทำนายการปฏิบัติการ ป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐานของพยาบาลเด็กได้ร้อยละ 6.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .008) ควรส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน และควรจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อลดการรับรู้ต่ออุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติการป้องกัน การแพร่กระจายเชื้อแบบมาตรฐาน
