การมีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย: การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยในเขตสุขภาพ ที่ 5 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 32 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วยบิดาที่มีบุตรอยู่ในช่วงปฐมวัยอายุ 3-5 ปี ผู้รับผิดชอบงาน พัฒนาการเด็กของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล และครูในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจนข้อมูลอิ่มตัว จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้ จากการถอดเทปมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเนื้อหา (content analysis)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย ให้มุมมอง 3 ประเด็นหลักประกอบด้วย 1) การมีส่วน ร่วมรับผิดชอบ 2) การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับบุตร และ3) ความต้องการช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุน ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สามารถ นำไปใช้เพื่อปรับรูปแบบการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในการดูแลบุตรที่เหมาะสมและจัดสิทธิประโยชน์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการ ของบิดา
