ผลของการนวดเต้านมด้วยลูกประคบสมุนไพรต่อการไหลของน้ำนม ในมารดาหลังคลอดโรงพยาบาลดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระยะเวลาของการไหลของน้ำนมและเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ระดับการไหลของน้ำนมระหว่างมารดาหลังคลอดที่ได้รับการนวดเต้านมด้วยลูกประคบสมุนไพรกับมารดาหลังคลอดที่ได้รับการ พยาบาลแบบปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาหลังคลอดทางช่องคลอดที่มาคลอดและพักฟื้นในแผนกผู้ป่วยในหญิง โรงพยาบาล ดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 30 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คน สถิติวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระยะเวลาการไหล และระดับการไหลของน้ำนมของกลุ่มควบคุม และกลุ่มทดลองในระยะ 30 นาที แรกหลังคลอด (p>.001) แต่ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงหลังคลอด และภายใน 3 ชั่วโมงหลังคลอดกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังจากการนวดเต้านม ด้วยลูกประคบสมุนไพรมีระยะเวลาการไหลเร็วกว่า และระดับการไหลของน้ำนมมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ (P<.001)
