ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 ของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันโควิด 19 ของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่ำงคือ ผู้สูงอำยุในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 422 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถำมข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามปัจจัย ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมกำรสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันกำรติดเชื้อ โควิด 19 และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมกำรสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ เพื่อป้องกันกำรติดเชื้อโควิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นบันได
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีพฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 อยู่ในระดับดี (M = 3.73, SD = .27) อิทธิพลจากสถานการณ์ (Beta = 0.59, t = 10.98, p <.001) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติ (Beta = -0.13, t = -2.85 , p = .005) และอิทธิพลระหว่างบุคคล (Beta = 0.10, t = 1.98, p = .04) สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 ได้ร้อยละ 37.6 (R2 = .376, F = 83.86, p < .001) โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุด คืออิทธิพลจากสถานการณ์ (Beta = 0.59, t = 10.98, p <.001)
ข้อเสนอแนะ: สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการวิจัยเชิงทดลองเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ในการป้องกันกำรติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 ที่สัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยอิทธิพลจากสถานการณ์ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติ และอิทธิพล ระหว่างบุคคลของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ต่อไป
