อิทธิพลของอายุ การฝากครรภ์ครบตามเกณฑ์ ระดับการศึกษา และการใช้ข้อมูลทางสุขภาพจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ต่อพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรก

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของอายุ การฝากครรภ์ครบตามเกณฑ์ ระดับการศึกษา และการใช้ข้อมูลทาง สุขภาพจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ต่อพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์ แรก อายุ 10-19 ปี จำนวน 154 ราย ที่มาคลอดบุตรและพักฟื้นในหอผู้ป่วยสูติกรรมหลังคลอดที่โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง เครื่อง มือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบ พอยท์ไบซีเรียล การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบทวิ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา การฝากครรภ์ครบตามเกณฑ์และการใช้ข้อมูลทางสุขภาพจากสื่อ สังคมออนไลน์ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกได้ร้อยละ 13.2 (R2 = .132) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) โดยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และการใช้ข้อมูลทางสุขภาพจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β =-.462, p<.002, β = 1.138, p<.014 และ β = .643, p<.009 ตามลำดับ) ดังนั้นหากมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และพฤติกรรม การใช้ข้อมูลทางสุขภาพจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากขึ้น สามารถทำนายได้ว่า พฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนหลังคลอดของมารดา วัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกจะเพิ่มมากขึ้น
