บทบาทหน้าที่ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และความต้องการของพยาบาล ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 ที่แยกกักตัวที่บ้านด้วยการบริการสุขภาพทางไกล

การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานรูปแบบเชิงอธิบายนี้เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทหน้าที่ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และความต้องการของพยาบาล ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 ที่แยกกักตัวที่บ้าน คัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ได้แก่ 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 76 คน 2) ผู้ป่วย โรคโควิด-19 353 คน และ 3) แพทย์ 10 คน ในระบบแยกกักตัวที่บ้านของสถาบันเพื่อการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านเอชไอวี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยพยาบาล แบบสอบถามประสบการณ์การได้รับการดูแลโดย ผู้ป่วย ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม และสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง คุณภาพเครื่องมือ ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.98 0.98 0.93 และ 0.80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณพบว่า บทบาทที่พยาบาลรับรู้มากที่สุด คือ ผู้พิทักษ์สิทธิ บทบาทที่ผู้ป่วยรับรู้มากที่สุดคือผู้บริหาร จัดการ ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือข้อจำกัดการใช้อุปกรณ์สื่อสารเพื่อแจ้งอาการ ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพพบว่า ความต้องการสนับสนุน ได้แก่ โทรศัพท์สำหรับติดตามอาการ การประชุมปรึกษาระหว่างแพทย์กับพยาบาล และแนวปฏิบัติการดูแลผู้ป่วยทางไกล สรุปได้ ว่าบทบาทหน้าที่ของพยาบาลด้วยบริการสุขภาพทางไกลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมีอย่างครบถ้วน โดยยังต้องพัฒนาการเพื่อการดูแล ผู้ป่วยโรคติดเชื้ออื่นต่อไป
