ผลของการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ : การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรุปองค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับผลของการติดเชื้อ ไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ ใช้รูปแบบงานวิจัยตามแบบของสถาบันโจแอนนาบริกส์ ประกอบด้วย โดยคัดเลือกงานวิจัยที่ตี พิมพ์ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2020-2022 เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบคัดกรองงานวิจัยตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพ การวิจัย และ 3) แบบบันทึกผลการสกัดข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสรุปความ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ มีจำนวน 26 เรื่อง ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อสตรีตั้งครรภ์ คือ การเจ็บครรภ์คลอดก่อนกำหนด การแท้งบุตร การผ่าตัดคลอดทางหน้าท้อง การเสียชีวิตของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ ถุงน้ำคร่ำแตก ก่อนกำหนด ผลกระทบด้านจิตสังคมของสตรีตั้งครรภ์พบภาวะซึมเศร้าเพิ่มขึ้นและความวิตกกังวล สำหรับผลกระทบของ การติดไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ต่อทารก คือ การเสียชีวิตของทารกแรกเกิด ทารกในครรภ์ขาดออกซิเจน ทารกในครรภ์ เจริญเติบโตช้า และทารกน้ำหนักน้อยซึ่งผลจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบในครั้งนี้ควรไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดูแล สตรีตั้งครรภ์เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดกับสตรีตั้งครรภ์และทารก
