สถานการณ์ความเหลื่อมล้ำการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ: การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายมุมมองเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ความเหลื่อมการเข้าถึงบริการ สุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดพะเยา เก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ บุคลากร สุขภาพ ผู้นำชุมชน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 18 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบ สัมภาษณ์เชิงกึ่งโครงสร้างแบบเจาะลึกจนข้อมูลอิ่มตัว นำข้อมูลมาถอดคำต่อคำ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สถานการณ์ความเหลื่อมล้ำการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุให้มุมมอง 4 ประเด็นหลัก ประกอบด้วย 1) ลักษณะของการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ 2) ความหมายและลักษณะของความเหลื่อมล้ำ การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ 3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเหลื่อมล้ำการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับ ผู้สูงอายุ และ 4) วิธีการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
ข้อเสนอแนะ การศึกษาสถานการณ์ความเหลื่อมล้ำการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุทำให้ทราบถึงปัญหา และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งปัจจัยภายในและภายนอกของบริบทในพื้นที่ โดยเฉพาะผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ และสามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อ ปรับรูปแบบการให้บริการสุขภาพเพื่อลดปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำดังกล่าวที่เหมาะสมแต่ละพื้นที่
