ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับการปรับตัวของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านช่วงการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดกับการปรับตัวและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับการปรับตัวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.)ในช่วงสถานการณ์ระบาดโรคโควิด-19 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดและระดับการปรับตัว และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับการปรับตัวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 110 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มี 3 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความเครียด และแบบสอบถามการปรับตัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าระดับความเครียดรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ( = 2.67, S.D. = 0.65) เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับความเครียดที่สูงสุด คือ ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (
= 2.89, S.D. = 0.79) และการปรับตัวรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.13, S.D. = 0.64) ส่วนระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับการปรับตัวอยู่ในระดับสูง (r = 0.83) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ (p<.05) การวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า อสม. เป็นทีมสุขภาพที่สำคัญ ดังนั้นเมื่อเกิดโรคระบาดใหม่ ๆ หน่วยงานสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องควรตระหนักถึงการปรับตัวและการบริหารความเครียดเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่จะให้เกิดคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน
