การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ต่อคุณภาพงานป้องกัน และควบคุมการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพอำเภอพระแสง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการดำเนินงานคุณภาพงานป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพอำเภอพระแสง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการมีส่วนร่วมของโคเฮนและอัพโฮฟฟ์ การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) Planning 2) Acting 3) Observing และ 4) Reflection กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล และผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 52 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด ระยะเวลา 16 สัปดาห์ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ปัญหาอุปสรรคการให้ความรู้ และประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทั้งฉบับใช้สูตรคำนวณสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค (Cronbach alpha coefficient reliability) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 แบบประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานการป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Descriptive และ Paired t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยการมีส่วนร่วมก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น (M = 2.02, SD = .15; M = 4.01, SD = .54) มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) มีโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานเพิ่มขึ้น คือ จาก 5 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 38.5) เป็น 11 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 84.6) ดังนั้น การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในการปฏิบัติงานส่งผลให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านพฤติกรรม รวมทั้งการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ผ่านเกณฑ์คุณภาพมาตรฐาน
ข้อเสนอแนะ มีการกระตุ้น กำกับ ติดตาม การดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ผู้รับบริการปลอดภัยจากการรับบริการทางการแพทย์
