การพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพด้วยการคิดเชิงออกแบบ

ปัจจุบันมีการแข่งขันการผลิตนวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพทั่วโลกเพื่อให้ก้าวทันกับสถานการณ์การเจ็บป่วยของประชากร โลก ซึ่งสาเหตุและการเจ็บป่วยในปัจจุบันมีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันและเพิ่มคุณภาพการส่งเสริมป้องกันดูแล และรักษาผู้ป่วย บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพรวมถึงนิสิตนักศึกษาในสาขาด้านสุขภาพ สามารถนำกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบมาประยุกต์ ในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพเพื่อการทำงานให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้นวัตกรรมได้อย่าง ตรงจุด บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพด้วยการคิดเชิงออกแบบให้บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพ อาทิ พยาบาล แพทย์ เภสัชกร นักกายภาพบำบัด มีความตระหนักที่จะนำกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบไปพัฒนานวัตกรรมในการทำงานด้านสุขภาพ และเพื่อการรับรู้ในการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารหน่วยงานเห็นความสำคัญกับการนำกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบไปใช้ในการพัฒนา บุคลากรให้มีการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสุขภาพ สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชน/ผู้รับบริการได้อย่างตรงกับ ความต้องการทำให้สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนของการเจ็บป่วยในปัจจุบันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผมต่อความพึงพอใจ และความผูกพันในการบริการด้านสุขภาพของหน่วยงาน
