การแข่งขันเพื่อนำพาประเทศไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการให้บริการสุขภาพที่ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากล ให้มีความโดดเด่น และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับการบริการ เป็นความท้าทายในการกำหนดทิศทางการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานอย่าง มืออาชีพเป็นเลิศ ดังนั้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของทักษะการเรียนรู้ศตวรรษที่ 21 การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งแก้ไข ปัญหาที่พบเห็นในชีวิตจริง เพื่อสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ ทักษะชีวิต ความคิดสร้างสรรค์นำไปสู่การสร้างนวัตกรรม ซึ่งวิธีการจัดการ เรียนการสอนด้วยบูรณาการสะเต็มศึกษาโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน เป็นการเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรม หรือโครงงานจะช่วยให้มีความพร้อม ในการนำองค์ความรู้ที่เชื่อมโยงจากทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการที่มีความ ซับซ้อนมากขึ้นจากสถานการณ์ของโลกในปัจจุบัน บทความวิชาการนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอการบูรณาการสะเต็มศึกษาโดยโครง งานเป็นฐาน สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยมีสาระเกี่ยวกับ แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ การบูรณาการด้วยสะเต็มศึกษาโดยโครงงาน เป็นฐาน ประโยชน์ การประเมินผล บทบาทของอาจารย์พยาบาล และกรณีตัวอย่างรายวิชาวิถีสุขภาพทางเลือก เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนนำความรู้มาใช้ในการแก้ปัญหา ค้นคว้า พัฒนาทักษะให้เป็นการพยาบาลที่มีศักยภาพ และเป็นโอกาสของการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ทั้งนี้ เพื่อนำมาเป็นข้อมูล พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนในการก้าวสู่ความเป็นเลิศของนักศึกษาพยาบาล
