ปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายคุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ดูแล และผู้สูงอายุ การเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ดูแล ปริมาณการช่วยเหลือจากผู้อื่น และความตึงเครียดในบทบาทผู้ดูแลจากกิจกรรมการดูแล โดยตรง ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง จำนวน 138 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามคุณภาพความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้สูงอายุและญาติผู้ดูแล แบบวัดความพร้อมในการดูแล แบบสอบถามปริมาณการช่วยเหลือจากผู้อื่นในการดูแล ผู้สูงอายุ แบบสอบถามความเครียดจากบทบาทการดูแลโดยตรง และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแล SF-36 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.91, 0.87, 0.79, 0.96 และ 0.83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ การเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ดูแล และความตึงเครียดในบทบาทผู้ดูแลจากกิจกรรมการ ดูแลโดยตรง สามารถร่วมทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรังได้ร้อยละ 50 (= 0.500, p < .05) จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้พบว่าควรมีการประเมินความพร้อมในการดูแลของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง ความพร้อมทั้ง ด้านร่างกาย และจิตใจ คุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างญาติผู้ดูแล และผู้สูงอายุ รวมถึงความเครียดในบทบาทผู้ดูแลจากกิจกรรมการ ดูแลโดยตรง เพื่อนำไปวางแผนการพยาบาลในการเตรียมความพร้อมของญาติผู้ดูแลให้สามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ เป็นการส่งเสริม คุณภาพการดูแลและคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแล และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาแนวทางการพยาบาลการดูแลต่อเนื่องที่บ้านโดยครอบครัว พัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพต่อเนื่องที่บ้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น
