ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ ของผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดในระยะฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ และความ สามารถในการร่วมกันทำนายของแรงจูงใจในการเลิกเสพ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ความตั้งใจในการเลิกยาเสพติด กับพฤติกรรม ป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำา ในผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดยาเสพติดระยะฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ จำนวน 219 ราย เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถาม แรงจูงใจในการเลิกเสพ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ความตั้งใจในการเลิกยาเสพติด และพฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ 0.85, 0.77, 0.84 และ 0.86 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. พฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 35.79 (SD = 6.14)
2. แรงจูงใจในการเลิกเสพ ความตั้งใจในการเลิกยาเสพติด และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ พฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .257, p < .01; r = .203, p < .01 และ r = .148, p < .05 ตามลำดับ)
3. แรงจูงใจในการเลิกเสพ ความตั้งใจในการเลิกยาเสพติด และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรม ป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำได้ร้อยละ 9.4 (R2 = .094, Adjusted R2 = .081, F = 7.446, p < .05)
ผลจากการวิจัย พยาบาลจิตเวชและบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจในการเลิกเสพ ความตั้งใจในการเลิกยาเสพติด และการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง เพื่อความสำเร็จของพฤติกรรมป้องกันการเสพแอมเฟตามีนซ้ำ
