ภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการอักเสบของหลายระบบในเด็ก(Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children: MIS-C) เป็นกลุ่มอาการอักเสบหลายระบบที่เป็นภาวะแทรกซ้อนรุนแรงหลังจากติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ซึ่งเป็นภาวะที่พบได้ยากและมี โอกาสเสียชีวิต บทความวิชาการนี้จึงได้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอกรอบแนวคิด หลักการและทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับภาวะแทรกซ้อนจาก การอักเสบของหลายระบบในเด็ก (MIS–C) ซึ่งได้จากการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์จากหนังสือ บทความวิชาการ และงาน วิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยนำเสนอตามประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้ 1) แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการอักเสบของหลายระบบในเด็ก (MIS-C) 2) แนวทางการดูแลรักษาภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการอักเสบของหลายระบบในเด็ก (MIS-C) 3) แนวทางการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน จากการอ ักเสบของหลายระบบในเด็ก (MIS-C) 4) บทบาทของพยาบาลในการด ูแลเด ็กที ่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการอักเสบของหลายระบบ (MIS-C) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กที่เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการอักเสบของหลายระบบ (Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children: MIS-C) ไม่ให้เกิดอาการรุนแรงต่อไป
