ผลของการใช้โมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการจัดการการดูแลเด็ก โรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์

การวิจัยเชิงทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้โมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการจัดการการดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบ จากภูมิแพ้ โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บิดามารดาของเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ จำนวน 70 ราย และสุ่ม จับสลากแบ่งกลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 35 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ โมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการจัดการการดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะแห่งตนของบิดามารดา ค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.84 ค่าแอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.95 และแบบ ประเมินความพึงพอใจของบิดามารดาต่อการใช้โมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการจัดการการดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ ค่าความ เที่ยงทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.99 ค่าแอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติทดสอบที Paired t-test และ Independent t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลองกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะแห่งตนสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และสูงกว่ากลุ่ม เปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และบิดามารดากลุ่มทดลองมีความพึงพอใจการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.62, SD =0.34).
จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนและกำหนดเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในการนำโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการจัด การดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบจากภูมิแพ้ไปปฏิบัติร่วมกับการดูแลตามมาตรฐานต่อไป
