บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาบริบทการป้องกันโรคของทหารค่ายกฤษณ์สีวะรา 2. พัฒนารูปแบบ การป้องกันโรคโควิด-19ในกลุ่มทหาร 3. ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในทหารกองประจำการอายุ ตั้งแต่ 18-26 ปี จำนวน 30 นาย โดยใช้รูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา-2019 รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย 1. กิจกรรมให้ความรู้ 2. กิจกรรมฝึกทักษะการป้องกันโรค 3. กิจกรรมทบทวนและประเมินผล เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา สถิติเชิงพรรณา และ Paired sample t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บริบทของทหารอยู่รวมกันเป็นกลุ่มแยกตามกองร้อยง่ายต่อการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโรค 2. การพัฒนา รูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพทำโดยทีมสุขภาพ นำไปใช้กับทหารกองประจำการ โดยการให้ความรู้ และการสาธิตย้อนกลับ และกำกับ โดยทีมสุขภาพ 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ย ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 พฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนเพื่อป้องกันโรค และ แรงจูงใจแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพื่อป้องกันโรค หลังการวิจัยมากกว่าก่อนการวิจัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 แสดง ว่ารูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพดังกล่าว ทำให้ทหารตระหนักในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 มากขึ้นและควรขยายผลในหน่วยอื่นๆ ต่อไป
