การพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลการให้ออกซิเจนบำบัด ในผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ในหออภิบาลแยกโรค

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายการบริหารจัดการทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์แพร่ ระบาดของโควิด 19 โรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์ แพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย ที่เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการสัมภาษณ์และเก็บข้อมูล ด้วยตนเอง โดยมีเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่ช่วยในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) อุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียง 2) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 3) แบบบันทึกช่วยจำและ 4) แนวคำถามที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ เนื้อหาตามวิธีการของ Creswell และ Poth
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การบริหารจัดการทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ให้สำเร็จบรรลุเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การจัดอัตรากำลังและความพร้อมของบุคลากร 2) การจัดการสถานที่และอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ ที่ใช้ในการให้บริการ 3) การนำหลักการบริหารมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน และ 4) การจัดสรรสิ่งตอบแทนเพื่อเป็นขวัญและ กำลังใจ
ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้เข้าใจการบริหารจัดการทางการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 มากขึ้น และ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเตรียมแผนรองรับการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสในอนาคต
