ปัจจัยทำนายความตั้งใจในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวี ของกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชาย จังหวัดชลบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความตั้งใจในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวีของกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชาย จังหวัด ชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เยาวชนชายรักชายจังหวัดชลบุรี ช่วงอายุระหว่าง 18-26 ปี มีประสบการณ์เพศสัมพันธ์ ทางทวารหนักกับเพศชายด้วยกันในช่วงชีวิตที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 308 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ตอบด้วยตนเองผ่าน ระบบ ออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) กลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชายจังหวัดชลบุรี มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความตั้งใจในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวีอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 13.45, SD = 2.395) 2) การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวี (Beta = .402), การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวี (Beta = .246) และการรับรู้สถานการณ์การฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวี (Beta = .161) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความตั้งใจในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวีของกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชายจังหวัดชลบุรีได้ ร้อยละ 37.8 (Adjusted R2 = .378) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในขณะที่ประสบการณ์การมีกลุ่มอาการโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ จำนวนคู่นอน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเชื้อเอชพีวีและวัคซีนเอชพีวี และทัศนคติต่อการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวีไม่สามารถร่วมทำนายความตั้งใจในการฉีด วัคซีน เอชพีวีของกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชาย จังหวัดชลบุรีได้ ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมความตั้งใจ ในการฉีดวัคซีนเอชพีวีของกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชาย เพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชพีวีและลดอุบัติการณ์ของโรคมะเร็งปากทวารหนัก และโรคมะเร็งอื่น ๆ ต่อไป
