การพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร ของนักเรียนพยาบาลกองทัพบก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารของนักเรียนพยาบาลกองทัพบก ใช้กรอบแนวคิดลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร 15 ประการของกองทัพไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จากอดีตผู้บริหาร อาจารย์พยาบาลที่เคยปฏิบัติงานเป็นอาจารย์ปกครอง และศิษย์เก่าวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกที่เคยเป็นนักเรียนปกครองบังคับ บัญชารวมจำนวน 17 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มและสัมภาษณ์รายบุคคล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและร่างเครื่อง วัดวัดคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร จำนวน 37 ข้อ ลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ตรวจสอบความ ตรงและความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหา ปรับแก้ไขได้จำนวนข้อคำถามทั้งหมด 39 ข้อ หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามและ วัตถุประสงค์ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค จากศิษย์เก่าวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก รุ่นที่ 53 จำนวน 35 คน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจจากนักเรียนพยาบาลกองทัพบกทั้ง 4 ชั้นปี จำนวน 393 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลังจากวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือวัดคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารมี 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก จำนวน 31 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.969 ค่าไอเกนอยู่ระหว่าง 1.195-8.760 สามารถอธิบาย ความแปรปรวนร่วมขององค์ประกอบทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 62.323 ดังนั้นแบบวัดคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารนี้สามารถนำไป ใช้ในการประเมินลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารของนักเรียนพยาบาลกองทัพบกและนักเรียนพยาบาลทหารของหน่วยงานอื่นได้
