ความเครียด ความกลัวต่อความตระหนักในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเจริญกรุงประชารักษ์

การวิจัยผสานวิธีเพื่อสำรวจและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียด ความกลัวและความตระหนักในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับความเครียดและความกลัวที่มีผลต่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลเจริญกรุงประชารักษ์ 509 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบวัดความเครียดของกรมสุขภาพจิต แบบสอบถามความกลัวต่อสถานการณ์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และความตระหนักในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน อาสาสมัคร 15 คนเข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (thematic analysis)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 45.8 มีความเครียดสูง ร้อยละ 67.6 มีความกลัวปานกลาง และร้อยละ 52.8 มีความตระหนักสูงมาก ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดและความกลัวกับความตระหนักในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ในสถานการณ์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา-19 (r = -.058, p = .189 และ r = .023, p = .602 ตามลำดับ) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบ่งเป็น 4 ประเด็น คือ 1) รู้สึกละทิ้งการดูแลครอบครัวในภาวะวิกฤต 2) ความกลัวและความรับผิดชอบหลักต่อการดูแลผู้ป่วย 3) ภาวะหมดไฟ
จากการทำงาน 4) ความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตสังคม ดังนั้น การดูแลสุขภาพกายและจิตของพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 มีความสำคัญ
