การปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริการผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง: การทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบกำหนดขอบเขต

การศึกษาครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์รูปแบบ/วิธีการให้บริการโรคมะเร็งทั้งระยะก่อน ระหว่าง และหลัง การรักษาของหน่วยงานที่ให้การปฏิบัติเป็นเลิศทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ใช้กรอบแนวคิดการทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบกำหนดขอบเขต คัดเลือกงานวิจัยจาก 7 ประเทศ จากงานวิจัยทั้งหมด 2,553 เรื่อง มีงานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งหมด 70 เรื่อง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตาม Donabedian model ผลการศึกษา พบว่ารูปแบบ/วิธีการให้บริการโรคมะเร็ง แบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ 1) ก่อนรักษา มุ่งเน้นคุณภาพของระบบการบริหารจัดการและการคัดกรอง 2) ระหว่างการรักษา เน้นการให้บริการตามมาตรฐานและแนวปฏิบัติ 3) หลังการรักษา เน้นการใช้บริการทางจิตใจและสังคม การสร้างเครือข่ายบริการเชื่อมโยงกับบุคลากรในระดับต่าง ๆ และพัฒนา ระบบบริการ และ 4) ไม่ระบุระยะ เน้นการดูแลแบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลาง ใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารและแบบ เสมือนจริงในการให้คำปรึกษา
