การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดบริการพยาบาลของคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่น โดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล แบ่งออกเป็น 3 รอบ ดังนี้ รอบที่ 1 คือการสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับ การจัดบริการพยาบาล รอบที่ 2 คือ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประมาณค่าแนวโน้มความ สำคัญของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อ และรอบที่3 คือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการ วิจัยพบว่าการจัดบริการพยาบาลคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่น ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการให้บริการในคลินิก ประกอบ ด้วย กิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ป้องกันโรค รักษาพยาบาลเบื้องต้น และบริการฟื้นฟูสภาพ 2) ด้านการให้บริการในชุมชน ประกอบ ด้วย กิจกรรมการเยี่ยมบ้าน 3) ด้านบริการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย ประสานงานกับหน่วยบริการเครือข่ายระดับต่างๆ 4) ด้านการ ให้บริการผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ประกอบด้วย นำ application มาช่วยในกิจกรรมการให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพและติดตาม เยี่ยมบ้าน ส่งข้อมูลความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และบันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5) ด้านการให้บริการป้องกัน และควบคุมการแพร่กระจายเชื้อที่บ้านและชุมชนของผู้รับบริการ ประกอบด้วย วางแผนป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อตามปัญหา ของผู้รับบริการ ติดตามประเมินผลการปฏิบัติของผู้รับบริการ และรายงานสถานการณ์การระบาด ซึ่งการจัดบริการพยาบาลที่มี ความชัดเจน เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการจัดบริการพยาบาลคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นที่มีมาตราฐานและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ
