ผลของโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วย สบช.โมเดล 2022 ต่อความรู้ เจตคติและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่ม วัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการ เรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วย สบช.โมเดล 2022 ต่อความรู้ เจตคติและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อสม. จำนวน 70 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วย สบช.โมเดล 2022 จำนวน 12 สัปดาห์ โดยมีกิจกรรม 4 ขั้น คือ 1) ขั้นประสบการณ์ 2) ขั้นสะท้อนคิด 3) ขั้นความคิดรวบยอด และ 4) ขั้นประยุกต์แนวคิด เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม ความรู้ เจตคติและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.96, 1.0, 1.0 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.78, 0.98 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ เจตคติและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่า ก่อนการทดลองและสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคหลอด เลือดสมองโดยการนำโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วย สบช.โมเดล 2022 มาใช้ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพ อสม.ด้านความรู้ เจตคติ การคัดกรองและการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ในชุมชนได้ต่อไป
