การรับรู้และประสบการณ์ในการใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ของผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี: วิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา

การวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และประสบการณ์ของผู้สูงอายุในการใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ โรงพยาบาลบางกรวย สัมภาษณ์ผู้สูงอายุที่ใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ จำนวน 25 คน จากการเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง ใช้คำถาม สัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจนข้อมูลอิ่มตัว นำข้อมูลมาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุให้ความหมายของการใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ คือ “การใส่ฟันเทียมเพื่อทำหน้าที่ทดแทนฟันแท้ที่ สูญเสียและเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพให้ดีขึ้น และสามารถถอดทำความสะอาดได้” การรับรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์ของผู้สูงอายุในการใส่ฟัน เทียมถอดได้ ประกอบด้วย 7 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) ปัญหาก่อนใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ 2) ช่วยระบบย่อยอาหาร 3) เสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพ 4) ความไม่สุขสบายในช่องปาก 5) การพูดหรือการออกเสียง 6) การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และ 7) การดูแลฟันเทียมถอดได้
ข้อเสนอแนะ การรับรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์ของผู้สูงอายุในการใส่ฟันปลอมถอดได้เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่การวางแผน ปรับปรุงคุณภาพในการใส่ฟันเทียม และการให้ความรู้ที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้สามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ได้จริง การดำเนินการแบบสหสาขา วิชาชีพโดยทันตแพทย์และพยาบาลมีความสำคัญในการติดตามนัดหมายและดูแล เพื่อลดภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้นภายหลัง และทำให้การใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ของผู้สูงอายุมีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
