ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมอาหารตามหลักโภชนบำบัด สำหรับผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2

การวิจัยแบบสำรวจเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามิติ ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ ด้านสุขภาพของ อสม.เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมอาหารตามหลักโภชนบำบัดสำหรับผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และสภาพแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อสม.จำนวน 405 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุดคือ 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อม ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.67-1 และความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.81 2) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมอาหาร ตามหลักโภชนบำบัดสำหรับผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.67-1 ความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือ (KR 20) เท่ากับ 0.55-0.84 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.66-0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา Independent T-test F-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีมิติความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพขั้นพื้นฐาน ขั้นการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ร่วมกัน ขั้นวิจารณญาณและ ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับรู้แจ้งต่ำ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่ต่างกัน ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p ≤ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะคือควร พัฒนาโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของ อสม. เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมอาหารตามหลักโภชนบำบัดสำหรับผู้ป่วย เบาหวานชนิดที่ 2
