การจัดการระบบสุขภาพชายแดนไทย : สวนผึ้งโมเดล

การจัดการระบบสุขภาพชายแดนไทย อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี เป็นอำเภอที่มีการจัดการระบบสุขภาพตามนโยบาย ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข คือ การดำเนินงานสุขภาพด้วยระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ (District Health System: DHS) โดยมีรูปแบบ การบริหารจัดการระบบสุขภาพผ่านการใช้รูปแบบของการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายบริการ (CUP Management) ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลาง ของการกระจายทรัพยากรด้านสุขภาพ และการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอนั้นมีการประยุกต์รูปแบบ กลไกการดำเนิน งานต่างๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบท สภาพปัญหาของพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย-เมียนมาร์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยประชาชนทั้งคนไทย และคนต่างด้าว ทั้งนี้ใช้กลไกรูปแบบที่เรียกว่า “สวนผึ้งโมเดล” เป็นรูปแบบที่มุ่งเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานของทุกภาคส่วนอย่างแท้จริง
