ทิศทางการดูแลสุขภาพในการระบาดของโคโรนาไวรัส 2019 ในยุควิถีใหม่ของพยาบาลชุมชน

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอทิศทางการดูแลสุขภาพในยุควิถีใหม่ของพยาบาลชุมชนในการดูแลการ ระบาดของโคโรนาไวรัส(โควิด 19) ที่มีรูปแบบใหม่ แตกต่างจากอดีตที่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมากในยุควิถีใหม่ส่งผลให้ต้องปรับ ตัวทั้งพยาบาล ผู้ดูแล และผู้ป่วย เพื่อรับมือกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโควิด 19 ทำให้เกิดทิศทางการดูแลสุขภาพในยุค วิถีใหม่ของพยาบาลในชุมชน ที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนบริการด้านสุขภาพ ระบบการให้บริการ การรักษาทางการแพทย์ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ การดูแลตัวเองให้มีสุขภาวะที่ดีเกิดความรอบรู้ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ป้องกันและดูแลสุขภาพตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม การเข้าถึงข้อมูล ข่าวสารและแหล่งความรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่หลากหลาย มีการตัดสินใจลองปฏิบัติและประเมินผลความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Health Literacy) บทบาทพยาบาลในชุมชนที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปโดยการนำ Telenursing มาใช้ในการดูแลสุขภาพชุมชนซึ่งเป็นการพยาบาล เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ ที่สอดคล้องกับฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ (New normal) ที่ต้องมีวิธีคิด วิธีสื่อสาร วิธีปฏิบัติและ การจัดการการดำเนินชีวิตวิถีใหม่ทั้งพยาบาลและผู้ป่วยต่อไป
