ผลของการพัฒนาศักยภาพอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขหมู่บ้านในการป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ตำบลขามใหญ่ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบกึ่งทดลอง วัดก่อนและหลังทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการพัฒนาศักยภาพอาสา สมัครสาธารณสุขหมู่บ้านโดยการให้ความรู้และฝึกทักษะในการป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในตำบลขามใหญ่ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคืออาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขหมู่บ้านของตำบลขามใหญ่ จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความรู้เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูง, แบบประเมิน ทักษะการตรวจคัดกรองโรคความดันโลหิตสูง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ คู่มือความรู้เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูง และแบบคัดกรอง ความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคความดันโลหิตสูง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา เปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูง และคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านทักษะการคัดกรองและป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูงก่อนและหลังการทดลอง โดยใช้สถิติ pair – t test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลองกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้และทักษะการคัดกรองป้องกันโรคความดัน โลหิตสูง เพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p < .05 ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขหมู่บ้านในการคัดกรอง และ ป้องกันการเกิดโรคความดันโลหิตสูง และนำแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังอื่นๆ อีกต่อไป เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และป้องกันการเกิดโรคเรื้อรัง
