บทคัดย่อ

ความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อเป็นทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อการดำรงอยู่และปรับตัวในโลกที่มีการพลิกผันแบบรวดเร็ว การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อและปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยใช้วิธีศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์เจ้าฟ้า จุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ 160 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวน 70 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย สถิติพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการศึกษา พบว่านักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประเภทการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (mean = 102.9, SD = 11.05) และประเภทสถานการณ์ในระดับมาก (mean = 20.09, SD = 3.11) สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ ความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย ความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ (β = .26) สภาพสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (β = .22) อิทธิพลของสังคม (β = .24) และความเคยชิน (β = .19) โดยทั้งสี่ปัจจัย สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของ ความรอบรู้ด้านสื่อในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประเภทการปฏิบัติได้ร้อยละ 34.2 (F = 20.139 ; p-value <.05) ข้อเสนอ จากการศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพัฒนาทักษะการใช้สื่อสารสนเทศ และเทคโนโลยีทั้งในภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ โดยมีการกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการใช้สื่อสารสนเทศ ที่เพิ่มระดับความเข้มข้นในแต่ละชั้นปี
