การพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยไฟฟ้าโดยใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึก

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยไฟฟ้าโดยใช้ ยาระงับความรู้สึก โรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา ระหว่างเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 ถึง พฤษภาคม 2563 เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลด้วยสายตา และแบบประเมินความกลัวด้วยสายตา วิเคราะห์ด้วย สถิติบรรยาย ไคสแควร์ และผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความกลัวและความวิตกกังวล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการ พยาบาลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยไฟฟ้าโดยใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึก ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรม 6 ครั้ง ดำเนินการจำนวน 3 ครั้ง ต่อสัปดาห์ วันเว้นวัน ติดต่อกัน 2 สัปดาห์ ในแต่ละกิจกรรมอยู่ในช่วง 20-30 นาที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลอง (จำนวน 22 คน) มีผลต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยความกลัว ( = 5.56) และความวิตกกังวล (
= 5.38) ลดลงมากกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และลดลงมากกว่า ผลต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยความกลัว (
= 2.46) และความวิตกกังวล (
= 2.59) ของกลุ่มควบคุม (จำนวน 22 คน) สรุป รูปแบบการ พยาบาลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยไฟฟ้าโดยใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึกสามารถลดความกลัวและความวิตกกังวลได้อย่างมี ประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นแนวทางการบำบัดและป้องกันความกลัวและความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยไฟฟ้าโดย ใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึกได้อย่างเหมาะสม
