การตายดี ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายเกี่ยวกับการตายดีตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของ Heidegger ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ สูญเสียบุคคลในครอบครัวขณะที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำนวน 15 คน ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก การสังเกต นำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามวิธีการของ van Manen ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การตายดี ตามการรับรู้ของ นักศึกษาพยาบาลสามารถแบ่งเป็น 7 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) มีความรู้ คือ ประตูสู่การตายดี 2) สัมพันธภาพที่มีช่วยส่งเสริม ดูแลกัน 3) สื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เตรียมความพร้อมร่วมกันอย่างเข้าใจ 4) ใช้ชีวิตทุกช่วงเวลาให้มีคุณค่ามีความหมาย 5) ดูแลร่างกายจิตใจ ไร้ทรมาน 6) จิตสังคมได้รับการตอบสนองตามต้องการ และ 7) จิตวิญญาณความเชื่อนั้นไม่ถูกละเลย
