บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับลักษณะทางสุขภาพ และสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย นวัตกรรมสุขภาพ การพัฒนานวัตกรรมสุขภาพในรูปแบบกะลายางยืด จากปัญหาสุขภาพในชุมชนกรณีผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะติดบ้าน ติดเตียง การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ของนวัตกรรม และเงื่อนไขแห่งความสำเร็จของการพัฒนานวัตกรรม ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นได้จากความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และความร่วมมือของภาคีชุมชน จึงจะทำให้นวัตกรรมสุขภาพที่สร้างขึ้นมาจากประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง
This academic article aim to propose the crucial concepts about health characteristics and social of elderly in Thailand, health innovation, health innovation development by elastic coconut shell from health problems in community in case of home bound and bed bound elder, implementation of the innovation and the last is the key success factors of the innovation development that can be produced by focusing on creating the new things and cooperating with the participants in the community in order to achieve the health innovation from people genuinely.
