บทความวิชาการนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอกรอบแนวคิด หลักการ และทฤษฎี การเผชิญปัญหาและการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค (Adversity Quotient: AQ) ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ซึ่งได้จากการวิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ จากหนังสือ บทความวิชาการ และงาน วิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยนำเสนอตามประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้ 1) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีความสามารถในการเผชิญปัญหาและการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค 2) แนวคิดทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของวัยรุ่น 3) แนวคิดบริบทของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และ 4) การเผชิญปัญหาและอุปสรรค ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตามกรอบแนวคิด CORE เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้แก่นักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้นำไปประยุกต์ใช้ใน การส่งเสริมการเผชิญปัญหาและการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
