ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเครียดจากภาวะมีบุตรยากในสตรีที่มีบุตรยาก

การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของอายุ รายได้ครอบครัว สาเหตุของภาวะมีบุตร ยาก การสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะมีบุตรยาก การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาต่อความเครียดจากภาวะมีบุตรยากในสตรี ที่มีบุตรยาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีอายุมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 18 ปี ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยมีภาวะมีบุตรยากชนิดปฐมภูมิจากสูตินรีแพทย์ ในหน่วยผู้มีบุตรยาก โรงพยาบาลศิริราช จำนวน 161 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและภาวะมีบุตรยาก แบบสอบถามวิธีการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะมีบุตรยาก แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามวิธีการเผชิญปัญหา และ แบบสอบถามความเครียดจากภาวะมีบุตรยาก โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.901 0.901 0.830 และ 0.906 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเครียดจากภาวะมีบุตรยาก ได้แก่ สาเหตุของภาวะมีบุตรยากจากฝ่ายหญิง (ß =.112, p-value < .05) การไม่สื่อสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะมีบุตรยากกับบุคคลอื่น (ß =.701, p-value < .001) การสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับ ภาวะมีบุตรยากเฉพาะบุคคลใกล้ชิด (ß =.400, p-value < .001) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (ß = - .153, p-value = .006) อธิบายความผันแปรของความเครียดจากภาวะมีบุตรยากในสตรีที่มีบุตรยากได้ ร้อยละ 70.40 (R2 = .704, F = 32.264, p-value < .001)
