ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่นที่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและปัจจัยที่สามารถ ร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่นที่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เป็นวัยรุ่นที่มี ความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็นอายุ 13-19 ปี ที่กำลังศึกษาในโรงเรียนสอนนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ได้แปลและพิมพ์เป็นอักษรเบรลล์ มีทั้งหมด 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง 3) แบบสอบถามอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ 4) แบบสอบถาม การเข้าถึงสื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ และ 5) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่นที่มีความพิการทางการเห็น โดยแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2-5 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .71, .75, .78 และ .75 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง ทางเพศอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (76.4%) อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็นได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (t = 5.571, p < .01) โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน ได้ร้อยละ 22.3 (R2 = .223, p < .01) พยาบาลควรใช้ข้อมูลนี้ในการวางแผนจัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่วัยรุ่นที่มีความบกพร่องทางการ มองเห็น เช่น ทักษะการปฏิเสธต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ รวมถึงการอบรมแกนนำกลุ่มเพื่อนเพื่อเป็นต้นแบบของการมีพฤติกรรม ทางเพศที่เหมาะสมด้วย
