นวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน

ปัจจุบัน นวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเป็นที่ต้องการอย่างมากในทางการพยาบาล โดยเฉพาะนวัตกรรมการสร้าง เสริมสุขภาพที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาสุขภาพบุคคลทั้งในระดับชุมชนและประเทศ พยาบาลเป็นบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพที่มีบทบาทสำคัญ ในการขับเคลื่อนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพประชาชนในระบบบริการสุขภาพทั้งระดับปฐมภูมิ ทุติยภูมิ และตติยภูมิ ควรมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรม และการนำกระบวนการวิจัยมาใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ของนวัตกรรม บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลแก่พยาบาลวิชาชีพเกี่ยวกับความหมายของนวัตกรรม รูปแบบของนวัตกรรม การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ แนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพชุมชน โดยยกตัวอย่างนวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ สำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานและโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและตัวอย่างวิธีการพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม รวมทั้งปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อ ความสำเร็จของนวัตกรรม ซึ่งได้จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและจากประสบการณ์ของผู้เขียน ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสำหรับพยาบาล ในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนและสังคมต่อไป
