ปัจจัยเชิงเหตุและเชิงผลที่เกี่ยวกับทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์พยาบาล ในการปลูกฝังอบรมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์ในการปลูก ผังอบรมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริต 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์เส้นทางอิทธิพลของโมเดลตามสมมุติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์ในการปลูกผังอบรมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริต และ 3) เพื่อ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุดพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์ในการปลูกผังอบรมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริตและชุดทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมปฏิบัติตนไม่ทนต่อการทุจริตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์พยาบาล และนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มละ 104 คน เครื่องมือ ได้แก่ แบบวัดสำหรับอาจารย์พยาบาล 7 แบบวัด ที่ปรับจากงานวิจัยของ ทิพย์ฆัมพร เกษโกมล และคณะ1 (α = .70-.79) และแบบวัดสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล 2 แบบวัด ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นตามกรอบแนวคิดของ Fishbein and Ajzen2(α = .72 และ .79) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คำนวณความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและแบบคาโนนิคอล และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางอิทธิพล
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนของทุกตัวแปรอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง 2) การทดสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน ระหว่างโมเดลตามสมมติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมของอาจารย์ในการปลูกฝังอบรม นักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริต พบว่าสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกัน ((df = 10, n = 104) = 12.79, p = .24, NFI = .98, GFI = .97, AGFI = .90, CFI = 1.00, SRMR = .05, RMSEA = .053) และ 3) ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุดพฤติกรรมของ อาจารย์ในการปลูกผังอบรมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้ไม่ทนต่อการทุจริตและชุดทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมปฏิบัติตนไม่ทนต่อการทุจริตของ นักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .11;* R2 = .01)
